"OppenUp, Inc." is a trade nameowned by OppenUp, Inc., an Arizona corporation (hereinafter referred to as "OppenUp" "Us" "Website" "Our" "We"). This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between OppenUp, Inc. and the person ("You") making use of the services provided by OppenUp, Inc. through its internet web site.


OppenUp, Inc. provides online services ("Services") intended to assist organizations and individuals in meeting and offering employment to individuals with online profiles online their skills and services. Included in the services individuals can promote their skills and services for contract hires by other individuals. OppenUp's Users provide the information necessary for accomplishingconnections and understand that We cannot prove they are truthful and honest and Users understand their own risks. All information and services are exchanged electronically, via the internet. You are responsible for maintaining your own access to the internet. OppenUp, Inc. is a privately owned and operated service and does not represent or speak for any governmental office or authority.

By registering a profile on the site, members grant OppenUp the right to market their profiles and all content published by the member in campaigns to attract additional recruiter / candidate visitors to the site. In the case of Employers/Recruiters, permission is also granted for OppenUp to make use of company name or logo in marketing campaigns aimed at attracting to the site candidates that would potentially be of interest to that member to interact with and use for internal purposes and Our business development.


OppenUp is free to browse and set up profiles as individuals. Certain service are paid for, You agree to pay OppenUp the fee posted on the OppenUp.com web site at the time you subscribe to the Service. By completing and submitting the credit card or other payment authorization through the Website, you are authorizing Us to charge the agreed upon fees to the account identified by you. Fees charged by governmental authorities for filing or processing name changes are not included in the fee payable to OppenUp, Inc.


Subscription to the Service and payment of the fee authorizes a single individual to use the Service. A password and/or unique user I.D. will be provided to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of such passwords and/or user I.D., and you agree that you will be responsible for all use of any such password and/or user I.D., including any access to, or use of, the Service by unauthorized persons. In the event that your password and/or user I.D. is lost or stolen, please notify OppenUp, Inc. immediately so that a new password or user I.D. may be issued promptly. You may not grant, resell or sublicense access to the Site or the Service, or any of the rights granted to you herein, to any third party. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Site or the Service. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to obtain or access the source code from which any component of the Site or the Service is compiled or interpreted, and nothing in this Agreement may be construed to grant any right to obtain or use such source code. You agree not to use the Site or the Service to violate any local, state, national or international law or to impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with a person or entity.

Users warrant to comply with all applicable laws in their use of our Website. Including, but is not restricted to, compliance with all recruitment and discrimination laws. Users also accept that the OppenUp team reserves the right to suspend the account of any member and / or delete materials from the website without prior warning and at the sole discretion of OppenUp.com

Anything visible by one is assumed to be visible by any other visitor to OppenUp and so You as User must understand that we are social media website helping you expose yourself as individual as well as professional to potential employers, but we incorporate social feeds registered by you and linked into OppenUp. This feeds will populate automatically as posted individually through their respective sites, Google+, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and you are solely responsible for what is posted and do not hold OppenUp at all responsible for any complications or disruptions to your lifestyle, routine or exercised job search preventing you from any legal gainful employment.

Our service has primarily been developed 1) to help expose skilled and talented individuals to recruiters and general hiring individuals looking for such talent; 2)allow Recruiters/Employers to make Candidates aware of any current vacancies looking to fill and most importantly 3) facilitate the job search and candidate screening process for both our Users/Candidates and all Employers using our site. Our users should avoid any personal thoughts or ideas that and refrain from any behavior on the site that might cause any conflict with others and or prevent OppenUp from delivering our services appropriately. Whilst members are welcome to publish material that would encourage and enable potential clients to contact them, members shall not use OppenUp to directly solicit businesses from other users in an unprompted manner.
